We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment clearance. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service.

  • We partner with reliable carriers (e.g., Australia Post, courier services) to deliver your order.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch (where available).

  • Please note: These are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control. Delivery times to remote areas may be longer.

5. Shipping Address

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer refusal, or failure to collect, any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the link and tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate after dispatch.

7. Failed Deliveries & Lost Packages

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery.

  • If a tracking number shows a package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist in opening an inquiry with the carrier.

  • We are not liable for packages lost after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Critical Legal Disclaimer for Shipping

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Signature on Delivery: You authorize the requirement of an adult signature upon delivery for all orders.

  • Legal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to receive and possess the products at the shipping destination. It is your duty to know your state or territory laws.

  • Import/Export: Our products are for domestic Australian consumption only. You agree not to reship, export, or attempt to ship products internationally.
