1. Returns Due to Change of Mind
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for change of mind, mistaken orders, or if you simply change your mind after purchase. Please order carefully.
2. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Goods
We will accept a return or exchange only if the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly dispatched by us (e.g., you received the wrong item).
To be eligible:
You must contact our customer service team at [Insert Contact Email] within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the issue and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of the fault, damage, or incorrect item.
The item must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging, unless the fault is with the contents.
Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping for verified faults. Once received and inspected, we will, at our discretion:
Replace the faulty/damaged item with an identical product, or
Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only processed for transactions that meet the criteria in Section 2 (Faulty or Damaged Goods). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, legal, and hygiene reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
Products with broken seals or opened packaging.
Products that have been tampered with, used, or stored incorrectly.
Any product where return would violate health, safety, or legal regulations.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. No refund or reshipment will be offered in these cases.
